Herceptin治疗Her-2过度表达的转移性乳腺癌初步报告

bsp;   摘要 目的 探讨抗Her-2受体单克隆抗体Herceptin联合泰素对Her-2/neu过度表达的转移性乳腺癌的疗效和毒副作用。方法 我们观察了22例接受Herceptin联合泰素治疗的免疫组化法检查Her-2/neu过度表达的转移性乳腺癌患者的疗效和毒副作用，并与同期接受泰素加阿霉素方案化疗的38例患者的进行了比较，同时观察了Her-2/neu表达强度和Herceptin联合泰素治疗疗效之间的关系。结果 22例中CR3例，PR12例，NC3例，PD4例，有效率为68.2%（CR+PR），明显高于泰素加阿霉素化疗组的44.7%。Her-2/neu(++)6例，PR3例，NC2例，PD1例，有效率50％；Her-2/neu(+++)16例，CR3例，PR9例，NC2例，PD2例，有效率75％。结论 初步分析抗Her-2受体单克隆抗体Herceptin联合泰素能提高转移性乳腺癌的治疗有效率，近期缓解率与Her-2/neu表达状况相关，不良反应发生率较低。

The therapeutic effects of Herceptin combined with Taxol on the Her-2/neu overexpressing metastatic human breast cancer

Abstract Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and toxicity of recombinant humanized anti-Her-2/neu antibody (Herceptin) and taxol for treatment of Her-2/neu overexpressing metastatic human breast cancer. Methods 60 patients with metastatic human breast cancer were involved in this study. 22 patients were treated with Herceptin and Taxol. The other 38 patients were treated with Taxol and doxorubicin. Results The total response rate (RR) of Herceptin and Taxol was 68.2% higher than that of Taxol and doxorubicin (44.7%). The RR of patients with Her-2/neu(+++) was 75%, while the RR of the patients with Her-2/neu(++) was 50%. The major adverse effects were gastro-intestinal tract reactions, myopathy, bone marrow suppression and alopecia. Conclusion The treatment of Herceptin and Taxol is effective and safe for patients with Her-2/neu over expressing metastatic human breast cancer. The therapeutic effect is intimately linked to Her-2/neu expressing of breast cancer.
