阿莫西林钠原料及其制剂细菌内毒素检查法实验研究

　　【摘要】 目的 建立阿莫西林钠细菌内毒素检查法。方法 按《中国药典》2000年版二部附录（XIE）细菌内毒素检查法。结果 干扰试验表明，本品的不干扰浓度为2.5mg/ml。结论 细菌内毒素检查法可以作为检查阿莫西林钠原料及其制剂中的热原。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To establish the endltoxin test method of Amoxicillin Sodium.Methods To inspect bacterial endltoxin according to the method in addenda of china pharmacopoeia（second part，2000edition）.Results The interferential test indicates that the backdrop can be avoided through diluting the preparation to2.5mg per ml.Conclusion The bacterial endotoxin inspection can be used as ordinary method to inspect the enditoxin of Amoxiˉcillin Sodium.

　　细菌内毒素法是近年来检测发热物质比较灵敏、准确的一种方法。本文就阿莫西林钠原料和其制剂可用细菌内毒素法控制热原的可行性进行了干扰试验研究，现报道如下。

　　1 材料

　　1.1 试药 供试品:注射用阿莫西林钠，（批号C03040320，C03040620，C03040820），规格:1g/瓶，A20030506，A20030507，A20030508，规格:原料（哈药集团制药总厂提供）。021104，021106，021107，规格:1g/瓶，030501，030502，030503，规格:原料（海南通用三洋药业有限公司提供）。鲎试剂（TAL）批号:021014灵敏度（λ）0.5EU/ml（福州新北生化工业有限公司）;批号:030308灵敏度（λ）0.5EU/ml（湛江海洋生物制品厂）。细菌内毒素工作标准品（WSE）批号:2003-6规格:160EU/支（中国药品生物制品检定所）。细菌内毒素检查用水（BET水）批号:030517规格:5ml/支（湛江海洋生物制品厂）。
