稳心颗粒对冠心病患者Q-T间期离散度的影响及对心律失常的治疗作用

【摘要】 目的 探讨中药稳心颗粒对冠心病合并心律失常患者Q-T间期离散度的影响及其抗快速心律失常效果。方法 将80例冠心病合并快速心律失常患者随机分成对照组和稳心颗粒的治疗组，分别观察治疗4周前后Q-T间期离散度和心律失常的变化情况。结果 治疗4周后，治疗组与对照组比较，室性早搏，房性早搏及交界性早搏明显减少（P<0.01）。Q-T间期离散度显著减少（P<0.01）。结论 稳心颗粒显著影响冠心病患者Q-T间期离散度并有明显抗心律失常的治疗作用。

Effect of wenxin capsule on the Q-T dispersion and treatment of

【Abstract】 Objective To study the change of Q-T dispersion of the patients with coronary heart disease and evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Wenxin capsule in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods 80patients were divided into treatment group and control group at random during the period of4weeks.Results After4weeks the Q-T dispersion and VPB.APB.NPB were all significantly reducedin two groups.The lower level of treatment group were more significant than that in control group.Conclusion Wenxin capsule can obviously affect the Q-T disper sion and have obvious effects on treatment of arrhythmia of the patjents with coronary heat disease.
