激光输精（卵）管节育法的技术操作研究

【摘要】 目的 探索成套有效的激光输精（卵）管节育术的常规操作方法。方法 在动物输精（卵）管激光节育操作研究的基础上，施行了60例经皮穿刺输精管激光节育术和2例经输卵管镜激光输卵管节育术。结果 60例输精管激光节育术中54例插管成功（90%），6例分离出输精管激光照射（10%）;经输卵管镜激光节育2例均成功，未见明显并发症。结论 经皮穿刺输精管插管激光节育操作法和经输卵管镜激光输卵管节育操作法是可行的和有效的。

the laser irradiation in birth controlling

【Abstract】 Objective To search for a operation on the vas and the oviduct with the laser in birth controllin irradiation.Methods After research the operating of the animals’vas deferens and oviducts birth controlling with the laserirradiation，we gained success of the percutaneous puncture in sixty patients’vas deferens and the salpingoscopy in two patients’oviducts with laser irradiation.Results It has gained a satisfactory result that54patients（90%）been treated with percutaneous puncture vas deferens laser irradiation，the others（10%）had been done after detachˉment.It was succeeded that through salpingoscopy in two patients’oviducts with laser irradiation.Evident complication weren’t found.Conclusion The laser irradiation can be used for vas deferens and oviducts in birth controlling.
