低分子量肝素对重症急性胰腺炎微循环的作用

【摘要】 目的 探讨低分子量肝素（LMWH）对重症急性胰腺炎微循环改善的直接证据。方法 60只SD大鼠随机分成两组，形成SAP模型，治疗组用LMWH100IU/kg皮下注射，每12h1次;对照组用生理盐水皮下注射;4h后，两组行胰腺微血管铸型电镜下观察、照像。结果 治疗组较对照组胰腺微血管病变有所改善。结论 LMWH通过改善SAPT微循环障碍而对SAP有明显治疗作用。

The effect of severe acute pancreatic microcirculation for low

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the direct evidence of low molecular weight heparine（LMWH）for treatˉment severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）.Methods 60Spraguc-Dawlcy rats were randomly devided into two groups;and becomed a model of SAP.the treatment group was treated by LMWH subcutaneously100IU/kg q12h;the control group was only given nomal saline1ml/kg Subcutaneously q12h.two groups were used for pancreatic microvesscl corˉrosion casts changes were observed by scanning electron microscope.Results Pancreatic microvessd injuries were parˉtially improved in the treatment group.Conclusion LMWH may improve pancreatic microcireulation，and have a obˉviously treatment effect on SAP.
