下腔静脉后输尿管临床回顾性分析

【摘要】 目的 总结下腔静脉后输尿管的诊治经验。方法 对10例下腔静脉后输尿管患者的症状、影像学检查、治疗、随访情况进行回顾性分析。结果 10例术前明确诊断并予以分型，8例手术矫正复位，术后12～24月复查，肾及输尿管上段积水扩张明显减轻，肾功能良好，输尿管通畅，吻合口无狭窄。结论 对不明原因的右肾及上段输尿管积水扩张者应考虑本病的可能，顺、逆行造影是主要诊断依据，输尿管复位矫形术可获得良好疗效。

Clinical analysis of retrocaval ureter

【Abstract】 Objective To present the experience of diagnosis and treatment of10cases of retrocaval ureter.Methods 10cases of retrocaval ureter were retrospectivly analysed.Results Diagnosis was confirmed in all10cases before the operation.8cases underwent successful operation.The patients have been followed up for12～24months without stenosis.Hydronephrosis was relieved with good renal function.Conclusion In patiens with hydronephrosis and hydroureterosis of upper segment on the right side，the possibility of retrocaval ureter should be considered.Intraˉvenous urography and retrograde ureteropyelography are the main means of diagnosis.Ureteral replacement and ureteroˉplasty are the treatment of choice.
