派拉西林—他唑巴坦与奈替米星联用治疗ICU病房感染的临床观察

　　【摘要】 目的 通过对派拉西林—他唑巴坦与奈替米星联合应用治疗ICU病房感染临床观察，探讨临床治疗耐药菌感染的新途径。方法 102例患者随机分为派拉西林—他唑巴坦治疗组和头孢噻肟钠治疗组，分别观察细菌学疗效、各系统细菌清除情况、细菌耐药性产生情况、真菌并发率以及各自的不良反应。结果 对两组患者的细菌学疗效、各系统细菌清除情况以及耐药菌产生的情况进行分析比较，派拉西林—他唑巴坦与奈替米星联合应用其临床疗效优于头孢噻肟钠与阿米卡星联合应用，经统计学分析差异有显著性。部分患者出现真菌感染，统计学分析差异无显著性。结论 派拉西林—他唑巴坦与奈替米星联合应用能较有效治疗各种耐药菌所致的感染，临床效果确切。

　　【Abstract】 Objective Using piperacillin-tzobactam and netilmicin in the treatment of the patients with inˉfection in ICU may be a newway to cure the diseases.Methods 102patients were divided into two groups and were given iperacillin-tzobactam/netilmicin compare with given cefotaxime/amikacin.and the results were observed.Reˉsults The results of the two groups were compared，we can draw a conclusion that the group of piperacillin-tzobacˉtam/netilmicin may be more effective than the group of cefotaxime/amikacin in the clinical treatment.There is signifiˉcance difference between the two groups in statistics.Some patients appear to be fungal infection.But there is no sigˉnificance difference in tatistics.Conclusion Piperacillin-tzobactam and Netilmicin may be more effective in the treatment of the patients with medicine-resistance bacteria infection in ICU.
