运动训练对脑梗塞大鼠学习记忆能力的影响

【摘要】 目的 研究运动训练对脑梗塞大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法 建立大鼠右侧大脑中动脉缺血梗塞(MCAO)模型。并将24只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、康复组;康复组接受4周的运动训练;对三组大鼠分别进行学习和记忆的行为学测试。结果 模型组大鼠学习记忆能力明显低于正常组(P<0.05),康复组和正常组学习记忆能力差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 脑梗塞会导致大鼠学习记忆能力衰退,而运动训练可以促进脑梗塞大鼠学习记忆能力的恢复。

Effect of rehabilitation train on learning and memory

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation train on the learning and memory functional recovˉery of the cerebral infarcted rats.Methods 24 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group and rehabilitation group.Rehabilitation group which were given balancing,grasping and walking exercises every day for4weeks.Normal group and model group which were feed in normal cages and given no exercises.Three groups were compared the ability to study and to remember.Results Infarct rats’ability to study and to remember were damage obviously(P<0.05),the ability to study and to remember in rehab ilitation group and normal group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training could accelerate the recovery of ability to study and to remember.
