右下腹肿块伴疼痛的诊治体会

【摘要】 目的 总结对伴有疼痛的右下腹肿块诊断及治疗的临床经验。方法 对1990年1月～2003年3月收治的71例病例的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果 手术治疗59例，其中42.9%的老年病人患有恶性肿瘤;女性急诊手术患者中，单纯或合并附件疾病者共占44.0%。结论 重视对老年患者和女性患者的诊断;B超检查有无创、快速、经济、准确等优点，应作为术前一项常规检查;及时的剖腹探查术是安全有效的诊断方法。 关键词 疼痛 肿块 右下腹 The diagnosis and treatment of the painful tumor in right lower quadrant of the abdomen Zhang Wei Wu Jing Hospital，Shanghai，200241. 【Abstract】 Objecitve To review the experience of diagnosis and treatmentof the painful tumor in right lower quadrant of the abdomen.Mehtods Clinicopathologic features of71cases who had been treated from January1990to March2003were analyzed retrospecitvely.Results 59cases underwent operations.Malignant tumors was42.9%of patients aged over60years.Eleven of twenty-five female patients who underwent acute surgical therapy were found appendicular disease.B-mode ultrasonography was lower in application rate and positive rate before acute operations.Conclusion To improve the knowledge of senior patients and female patients in order to increase the diagnosis rate and decrease misdiagnosis rate.The use of ultrasonography should become a conventional preoperation examination.Timely operation is safe and significant.
