抓好工作落实促进医院全面建设

    【摘要】 笔者就新形势下如何确保医院全面工作稳步发展，克服工作中的形式主义、官僚主义等问题，提出了:（1）正确认识和评价自己，在查找差距中求进步;（2）突出工作重点，在狠抓薄弱环节上下功夫;（3）树立扎实的工作作风，在求真务实上有作为。

      【Abstract】 According to the new situation in how to ensuret the hospital work to develop stably and overcome formulism，bureaucracy in the work and so on，the author suggest:1to correctly consider and appreciate oneself so as to make a progess in seeing where we lag behind;2to stress the main point in the work so as to put in time and energy in grasping weak link firmly and;3to set up a good style of work so as to be a promising one in matter-of-fact attiˉtude.

    1 存在的问题 ［1］

    1.1 工作作风存在着形势主义、官僚主义 主要表现在急功近利，重眼前，轻长远，重硬件，轻软件，忽视打基础，急于出成果;做工作、抓落实凭自已兴趣办事，自己感兴趣的、领导关注的就过问得多，落实得好，反之则不闻不问，不抓落实;抓工作满足于会议开了，任务布置了，以文件落实文件，以会议落实会议，检查督促少，跟踪问效少，落实情况反馈少;一般号召多，具体抓得少;机关浮在上面的时间多，深入科室调查研究少;层次领导不够，不能做到逐级负责。同时，科室对规章制度落实不力，报喜藏忧，做表面文章，掩盖矛盾和问题等等。
