科研训练信息系统在医院科训管理中的应用

       【摘要】 我们在医院信息系统的基础上成功开发并运行了科研训练信息系统。医院科研训练管理效率明显提高;科技干部管理更加规范;教学训练的手段和内容得到更新。

      【Abstract】 We developed and applied the scientific researching and education management information system on the basis of the hospital information system.The efficiency of scientific researching and education management was greatly improved.The management of science and technique cadres got more regularity.The means and contents of medical education were renovated.

    随着“军字一号工程”的不断完善，医院信息系统在医院管理中的作用不断提升，医院信息化建设进入空前繁荣的时期 ［1］  。目前为止，医院信息系统均是围绕病人医疗信息、卫生经济信息和药品物流信息展开，满足的是医疗业务工作需求，未能涉及科研、训练工作。

    而作为教学医院，科研、训练同样是医院的中心工作，传统的手工操作管理已经不能满足需要。我院受总后卫生部的委托，在“军字一号工程”的平台上开发了科研训练信息系统，并在部分医院推广使用，取得了良好的效果。
