试析项目管理技术在医院管理中的运用

       【摘要】 项目管理技术在企业管理中，经过数十年发展，已逐步形成一整套完整的理论与方法体系，随着医疗卫生改革，医院走向市场，项目管理技术在医院管理中，既有运用的可能，又有运用的需要。本文介绍了项目管理的主要内容和与传统方法相比的优势，以及项目管理在我国医院管理中应用的现状，分析了在医院采用项目管理法必须注意的有关事项，说明在当前形势下，运用项目管理技术，对推进医院管理创新和医院发展是十分有益的。

    【Abstract】 Program management has been turned into an entire theory and method system in enterprise adminˉistration by ten years development，and it is also possible and necessary in hospital administration.This paper，based on the introduction of the main content and the advantages of program management，and analyses of some notable proˉceedings in using it into hospital administration，explains that program management is very useful and valuable for management innovation and development of hospitals.

  项目管理技术自20世纪60年代中后期逐步发展起来，但进展缓慢，主要是人们对新的管理技术不太接受。70年代至80年代早期，越来越多企业抛开了非正式的项目管理，建立正式的项目管理程序，主要是因为工作的规模和复杂性都上升到了一定程度，现有的结构不再有效。随着这项技术的日益成熟，不但在航空、国防、建筑、高科技工程、计算机和电子仪器等行业工企业应用广泛，在90年代，也开始出现在医疗领域和医院管理领域。
