结核性胸膜炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群临床分析

    【摘要】 目的 探讨结核性胸膜炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的特点，并结合临床资料加以分析。方法

 通过酶联免疫分析法检测了36例结核性胸膜炎患者及20例对照的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群。结果 与对照的相比，

结核性胸膜炎患者外周血CD3、CD4及CD4/CD8明显降低，而CD8明显升高（P<0.01）。抗结核治疗后CD4仍出现

下降，6月后恢复到治疗前水平。结论 抗结核治疗对结核性胸膜炎患者外周血CD4有显著影响。关键词 结核性

     Clinical analysis of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood  of tuberculous pleuritis

    【Abstract】 Objective To assess the characteristic of T lymphocyte subsets and relationship

 with clinical inforˉmation in peripheral blood of tuberculous pleuritis.Methods Analyzing the T

 lymphocyte subsets in perpheral blood with enzyme-immunoassay method.36cases were tuberculous

pleuritis patients，20cases were used as control.Results CD3，CD4and CD4/CD8were found in greatly

 depleted numbers in tuberculous pleuritis patients，and CD8was greatly increased（P<0.01）.T lym

phocyte subsets number decreased after antituberculosis treatments，and resisted after6months.

Conclusion CD4T lymphocyte subset are significantly influenced in peripheral blood of tuberculous

 pleuritis patients by treatment of antitubercular drugs.
