脉络宁治疗高脂血症疗效探讨

    【摘要】 目的 探讨脉络宁治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法 对40例高脂血症病人给予脉络宁注射液20ml加入

生理盐水或5%葡萄糖溶液中静滴，每日1次，连续10天，10天为一疗程，停半月后，再进行第二个疗程治疗。

第二个疗程结束后抽血查血脂变化情况。结果 治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C较治疗前明显降低（P<0.01），HDL-C明

显升高（P<0.01），未发现明显不良反应。结论 脉络宁注射液能明显降低高脂血症病人的血脂水平，无不良

反应，值得推广。

 Mailuoning injection.Methˉods 40patients were given20ml Mailuoning injection by intravenous

with0.9%sodium chloride or5%glucose，qd，10days was one course of treatment.While stopping for15d

ays，then we renewed to next course of treatment.After the secˉond course was over，these atients’blood lipoprotein were examined.Results TC，TG and LDL-C of all patients were obviously decreased，and HDL-C were clearly increased after treatment（P<0.01）.Conclusion Mailuoning injection can obviously lower the level of blood lipoprotein in hyperlipidemia patients.It has no side effects and can be widely used.

    1 资料与方法
