nm23、p53基因突变与贲门癌癌生物学特性的关系

　　【摘要】 目的 检测贲门癌癌组织中nm23和p53基因外显子突变情况，寻找有助于准确预测局部肿瘤进展、分型、预后情况的临床参照指标。方法 应用PCR-SSCP检测21例贲门癌癌术后新鲜标本组织中nm23及p53基因外显子突变情，并与贲门癌癌的病理及临床指标进行相关性研究。结果 nm23表达及p53基因突变率分别为71.4%及48.86%。nm23和/或p53基因突变与临床分期呈正相关（P<0.01）。结论 nm23和/或p53基因突变与贲门癌癌临床分期相关。nm23基因表达及p53基因突变在判断贲门癌癌细胞增殖、分化程度、恶性进度及预后转归方面有一定价值，可作为判断贲门癌癌预后的参考指标，指导高危患者的进一步治疗。

  　【Abstract】 Objective Our study aimed to investigate whether nm23expression and p53gene mutation in the primary cardiocarcinoma correlated with tumor grade stage recurrence metastasis and patient survival time.Methods RT-PCR and PCR-SSCP is used to test the expression in nm23，test the mutation in p53of the samples.21cases paraffin embedded samples were admitted.Results The gene expression rate of nm23were71.4%and the gene mutation rate of p53were48.86%.All expression and mutation happened in the low grade tumor.In this study，nm23gene express and p53gene mutation was correlated with histological grade and clinical stage and closely correlated.Conclusion We found that nm23and p53play an important role in the development and progression of cardiocarcinoma.nm23and p53appear to be associated with the proliferation and progression of cardiocarcinoma.Both of them can be used as prognostic factors in cardiocarcinoma.
