地中海贫血患者血液MCV、MCH、RDW及红细胞脆性试验的探讨

 【摘要】 目的 探讨MCV、MCH、RDW及红细胞脆性试验联合应用在地中海贫血中的诊断意义。方法 健康对照组30例，地中海贫血杂合子携带者120例，应用Sysmex SE9000全自动血细胞分析仪检测红细胞MCV、MCH、RDW。用一管法测定红细胞脆性。结果 病人组MCV、MCH及红细胞脆性结果均降低，与正常对照组比较差异有非常显著性（P<0.01）。80%病例符合MCV↓/RDW正常。结论 MCV、MCH、RDW及红细胞脆性试验联合应用对地中海贫血有诊断意义，可作为简单、方便、快速、较准确的筛查方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To survey diagnostic signification of thalassemia by MCV，MCH，RDW and osmotic fragility test of erythrocytes.Methods 120subjects of heterozygote carrier with thalassemia，30healthy sudjects，MCV，MCH and RDWwere measured with Sysmex SE9000blood cell analyzer，Osmotic fragility of erythrocytesis test_ˉed.Results Osmotic fragility of erythrocytes and MCV，MCH of heterozygote carrier with thalassemia are significantly down than those of healthy subjects（P<0.01）.80%the patients’MCV decreased，while RDW is normal.Conclu_ˉsion To test MCV，MCH，RDW and Osmotic fragility of erythrocytes have diagnostic signification of thalassemia，It is a simple，convenient，rapid，much correct screen method of diagnostic thalassemia.
