腰椎小关节退行性变的CT分析

 【摘要】 目的 探讨CT对椎小关节退变的诊断价值。方法 回顾分析93例腰椎椎小关节退变的临床表现与CT所见。结果 根据不同的CT表现特征，把腰椎椎小关节退变分为:（1）关节突骨质增生。（2）关节腔异常改变。（3）关节退变性滑脱。（4）合并腰椎其他退变。结论 CT扫描是检查和诊断腰椎椎小关节退变有效方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of the lumbar facetjoints degeneration by CT scan_ˉning.Methods The clinical representation and CTview of93cases with degenerative lumbar facet joints were retro_ˉspectively analyzed.Results According to the different CT representatian character，the degenerative lumbar facet joint may be divided into:①Hypertrophy of articular process.②abnormalites of lumbar facet joint;③lumbar degener_ˉative spondlylolisthesis.④combined other lumbar degeneration.Conclusion CT scanning is a value method to diag_ˉnosing degenerative lumbar facet joint.

椎小关节退变是引起腰腿痛的常见原因，传统的X线检查很难诊断，随着CT机广泛运用，腰椎椎小关节退变的检出率明显提高。但其病因比较复杂，没有统一的诊断标准，早期椎小关节改变在日常工作中容易忽视。我们对93例腰椎小关节退变的病例进行回顾性分析，探讨其CT表现及其诊断价值。
