【摘要】 目的 研究p70S6激酶信号通路在Hella细胞的不同细胞周期中的表达。方法用Western印迹方法对同步化的Hella细胞不同细胞周期的p70S6激酶（p70S6K）的α1、α2、β1、β2不同亚型的表达进行了研究。结果 免疫印迹的结果显示M期p70S6K的α1、α2、β1、β2均有增加。结论 p70S6K很可能在Hella细胞的生长中起重要的调节作用。
