用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察大鼠海马CA3区锥体细胞核酸的变化

【摘要】 目的 探讨中枢神经阻滞剂氯氮平对大鼠海马CA3区锥体细胞DNA和RNA的影响。方法 将24只大鼠分为氯氮平组和生理盐水组,每组12只。利用激光共聚焦显微镜对大鼠的海马神经细胞内DNA和RNA的荧光像素进行观察,并用图像分析技术进行处理,了解海马脑片CA3区锥体细胞DNA、RNA代谢的影响。结果 氯氮平组大鼠海马脑片CA3区锥体细胞内DNA和RNA的荧光像素之比为2.684±0.605,而对照组之比为2.954±1.059,两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 氯氮平对大鼠海马CA3区锥体细胞的核酸数量无影响。
