去松果体对雄性大鼠性功能的影响

 【摘要】 目的 探讨摘除松果体对青年雄性大鼠性功能的影响。方法 青年雄性SD大鼠分为对照组、去松果体组、褪黑激素组。1月后观察大鼠性行为，称其睾丸、附睾、精囊腺、前列腺湿重。结果 与对照组相比，去松果体组大鼠性行为次数显著性增多，去松果体组、褪黑激素组附睾湿重显著性增加。结论 松果体有抑制青年雄性大鼠性功能的作用。

The effect of pinealectomy on the reproductive functions of male rats

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of pinealectomy on the reproductive functions of young rats.Methods Young SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group，pinealectomy group，melatonin administra_ˉtion group.We observed the reproductive actions and the weight of reproductive organs of rats after1month.Results The reproductive actions and the weight of epididymis increased significantly after pinealectomy.Conclusion The pineal inhibits the reproductive functions of young rats.

松果体是高等动物的内分泌器官，主要由它分泌的褪黑激素有调节生殖系统，增强免疫，抗氧化，抗衰老作用 ^［1～3］ 。外源性褪黑激素对生殖系统的作用与松果体分泌的褪黑激素有什么不同并无文章报道。本实验通过摘除松果体和给予外源性褪黑激素观察其对大鼠性行为和性器官的影响。
