双侧人工全髋关节Ⅰ期置换治疗髋关节疾患的疗效观察

 【摘要】 目的 探讨Ⅰ期双髋关节置换术治疗髋部骨关节病的疗效。方法 对11例髋部严重骨关节病患者，同期施行双侧髋关节置换手术。结果 术后10个月～9年的随访，髋关节活动度由术前平均51°±10°恢复到118.5°±7.5°，全部病例均可独立或扶拐下地行走。结论 严格掌握适应证，围手术期正确处理。髋部骨关节病的Ⅰ期双髋关节置换术，对重建髋关节功能具有省时、见效快并利于早期康复。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of bilateral hip replacement under the same anesthesia as a surgical procedure on some arthritis patients of hip region.Methods Eleven such patiens were treated with operation，underwent bilateral total hip arthroplasty.Results The follow-up period to Harris and Hsse valuation system，the av_ˉerage preoperative score was51±10degrees，and the postoperative was118.5±7.5degrees in the hip movernent.All the patients were satisfied with the surgical results.Conclusion Bilateral hip replacement as a surgical procedure is an effective and time-saving treatment for reconstruction the hip joint and function.But this procedure has some diffi_ˉculties.
