Key words HIV/AIDS therapeutic regiments meta analysis 目前用于HIV/AIDS的药物共有17种，分为二大类，一大类为逆转录酶抑制剂，另一大类为蛋白酶抑制剂。以上二大类药物常联合应用，使其药效提高，简称为HAART疗法。为了探讨不同治疗方案的治疗疗效，我们对目前国际上已经公开发表的4篇有关治疗方案方面的文章作Meta分析。 1 资料与方法
【摘要】 目的 探讨HAART（Highly active antiretroviral therapy）不同方案的临床疗效。方法 采用固定效应模型和随机效应模型对4个HAART治疗HIV/AIDS的临床试验进行Meta分析。结果 ZDV/3TC比对照组ZDV、ZDV/ddc，49%减少发展到B/C（RR=0.509，95%CI0.965～0.710），66%减少发展到C（RR=0.344，95%CI0.139～0.700）。结论 ZDV/3TC治疗方案可以推迟B/C的进展（美国疾病控制中心HIV/AIDS临床分型）。
