重力悬垂复位法治疗肩关节脱位

 【摘要】 目的 探讨重力悬垂复位法治疗肩关节脱位的应用价值并分析其机理。方法采用重力悬垂复位法治疗肩关节脱位40例。结果 对本组40例患者中的36例进行了3～12个月的随访，优32例，满意4例，失败0。结论 重力悬垂复位法治疗肩关节脱位符合解剖及生物力学原理，简便、易行、无并发症，减少后遗症，适合于推广应用。

Study on the stimson in treatment of adult shoulder dislocation

【Abstract】 Objective To explore one kind of methods used in curing the adult shoulder dislocation while analysis its mechanism.Methods The40patients successfully received a manual reduction and immobilization with the stimon methods.Results For the follow-up duration（3-12months），32cases had a healing and good function of the shoulder、4cases improving in total40cases.Conclusion The stimson methods are easy and flexible for the reduction of the adult shoulder dislocation and there is little present and recurrent complication.It follows the shoulder anatomy and principle of bio-mechanics，so it should be popularized.

肩关节脱位的发病率多于其它脱位的总和 ^［1］ ，分为前脱位和后脱位，以前脱位多见 ^［2］ 。我院自2000年8月～2003年10月，采用重力悬垂复位法治疗成人肩关节脱位病人40例，疗效满意，现报告如下。
