调心方不同部位群和拆方对东莨菪碱小鼠学习记忆的影响

【摘要】 目的 研究调心方不同部位群和拆方对东莨菪碱小鼠模型的学习记忆能力的影响。方法 应用东莨菪碱腹腔注射的学习记忆障碍类AD小鼠动物模型，用Morris水迷宫法测试潜伏期和错误次数。结果 调心方正丁醇层和益心气、温心阳拆方组对东莨菪碱小鼠模型有明显的改善记忆作用。结论 调心方正丁醇层中可能含有与调节胆碱能有关的物质，其物质基础可以存在于益心气、温心阳拆方组中。

Effect of different extractions and disassembled prescriptions 

abstracted from“Heart-Regulating Formula”on spatial

learning in treated mice with scopolamine

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of extraction and disassebled prescriptions abstracted from“Heart-Regulating Formula”on spatial learning in treated mice with scopolamine.Methods Mouse models of AD were inˉduced by scopolamin injected into the abdominal cavity.The spatial learning and memory ability of these mice were inˉvestigated with the method of Morris watermaze.Results The part extracted by n-Butyl alcohol and Yi Xin Qi herbs and Wen Xin Yang herbs could significantly improve the saptial learning and memory disturbance.Conclusion The extraction by n-Butyl alcohol abstracted from“Heart-Regulating Formula”can adjust cholinergic system of mice treated by scopolamine，some of them come from Yi Xin Qi herbs，Wen Xin Yang herbs.
