不同地区冬虫夏草的RAPD分析

【摘要】 目的 从分子水平研究不同地区冬虫夏草的遗传差异，以期为不同地区冬虫夏草药理学差异及品性鉴定打下基础。方法 本文对来自不同地区的4种冬虫夏草样本进行了RAPD分析。结果 筛选出了扩增谱带清晰并呈现多态性的6个随机引物，每个引物能产生1～10条RAPD片段。根据该6个引物的RAPD谱带分析菌株间的相似系数在50%～80%之间。结论 冬虫夏草具有遗传多样性，不同地理群体间存在着遗传差异。

Study on the cordyceps sinensis from different
areas by analysis of RAPD

【Abstract】 Objective To study the genetic variability of cordyceps sinensis we made some experiments on the molecular level.Methods In this paper，the species of cordyceps sinensis from four different areas were studied by random amplified polymorphisms DNA（RAPD）.Results The selected six primers generated clearRAPD profiles，each one produced1～10bands.The similarity coefficients obtained from profiles generated by six primers among cordyceps sinensis were about50%～80%.Conclusion These results showed the genetic variability among the species of
cordyceps sinensis from different areas.
