临床流行病学与中医学的结合点———系统科学的思维方式

【摘要】 本文从系统科学的角度，分析临床流行病学与中医学在系统论、控制论和信息论方法方面思维方式上的相似性。认为临床流行病学方法应用于中医学研究，将开拓中医研究方法新领域，丰富中医研究方法新内容。

【Abstract】 This paper discussed the comparability between clinical epide miology and TCM in the thoughtway of systematization，cybernetics and informatics.The author pointed out that applying clinical epidemiology to Tradiˉtional Chinese Medicine can exploit new methodology field and enrich the content of TCM study.

1 临床流行病学与中医学在思维方式上的联系

系统科学理论，通常简称为“三论”，即系统论、控制论和信息论，它从不同侧面揭示了客观世界新的本质联系和运动规律。由于它具有高度的概括性和广泛的适用性，已经在许多科学领域中得到广泛的应用。它所提供的研究思路和方法沟通了中医学与其他学科间的联系，本文从这个角度讨论中医学与临床流行病学间的联系。

1.1.3 动态观 系统论强调，研究一个系统，不仅要研究它的变量，而且特别要把系统作为一个动态的事物来研究它的过程和行为。
