Ray-TFC后路椎间融合术治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎不稳定

【摘要】 目的 通过对17例单节段腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎不稳定患者行突出间盘切除并采用TFC作椎间融合，进一步了解TFC在治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎不稳定中的重要作用。方法 通过后侧入路切除病变节段椎板，切除椎间盘组织，于椎体间植入两枚中间充填碎骨条的TFC，术后3～4周腰部配带支具下床锻炼。通过观察术后X线影像资料、病人临床症状等进行分析。结果 17例患者术后均获得随访，平均随访17.8个月，X线检查腰椎正侧位及过伸、过屈位片，16例患者手术椎体间无异常移位，融合率达94.1%，且腰腿疼痛症状完全消失。结论 应用TFC技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎不稳定是一种安全、有效的方法。

Posterior lumbar interbody fusion with Ray-TFC for lumbar instability fromlumbar disc hernations

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Ray-TFC for lumbar instability from degenerative disc disˉease.Methods 17cases of lumbar instability from degenerative disc disease were treated by posterior lumbar interˉbody fusion with Ray-TFC.After bilateral laminotomy with preservation of facets and removing as
