脐血流监测S/D值反复异常的妊娠结局分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨脐血流监测S/D值反复异常的临床价值。方法 1999年1月～2002年1月，在本院住院分娩且产前S/D值异常2次以上的孕妇204例为异常组和随机抽出同期脐血流监测S/D值正常孕妇103例为对照组，对两组孕妇的妊娠结局进行比较。结果 异常组中有妊娠合并症和发生围产儿预后不良者明显高于对照组（P<0.05，P<0.01，P<0.005）;在异常组中，早期（28周<孕周<37周）发现S/D值异常及时治疗的孕妇发生围产儿预后不良明显低于未经治疗的孕妇（P<0.05）。结论 脐血流S/D值反复异常提示胎儿在宫内有不同程度的缺氧。

The analysis of pregnancy outcomes with abnormal S/D value of 

umbilical blood monitoring test

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of abnormal（S/D）value of the umbilical blood monitoring test.Methods 204patients with more than twice of abnormal S/D as abnormal group and103cases with reactive S/D as control group，delivered their babies in our hospital from Jun.1999to Jun.2002.We study the pregnancy outcome of two groups.Results The rate of pregnancy with complication and poor perinatal prognosis in abnormal group is high than that in the control group（P<0.05，P<0.01，P<0.005）;In abnormal group poor perinatal prognosis in early discovered（28weeks<gestational weeks<37weeks）patients with abnormal S/D value after timely treatment is significantly lesser than those who are not treated（P<0.05）.Conclusion Intrauterine fetal distress was implied by S/D is abnormal repeatedly.
