普洱县哈尼族农民血糖医学参考值范围研究

【摘要】 目的 制定普洱县哈尼族农民血糖医学参考值范围。方法 根据随机化原则，采用流行病学研究方法进行研究。结果 于2002年7～8月随机整群抽取124例哈尼族健康成人进行血糖医学参考值范围研究，结果为不同性别的血糖平均含量相同（P=0.277），不同年龄的血糖平均含量差异无显著性（P=0.597），124例哈尼族健康成人的血糖分布呈正态分布（P>0.10），95%医学参考值范围为2.65～4.74mmol/L，99%医学参考值范围为2.32～5.07mmol/L。结论 普洱县哈尼族农民血糖医学参考值范围可以用于哈尼族农民的临床诊断、治疗和体检等医疗卫生实践。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish medical reference range of blood sugar for Hani nation in Puer county.Methods The method of epidemioloigical research was adopted to proceed to study according to randomization princiˉple.Results 124adults of health Hani nation were sampled by the method of random cluster sample to study on medˉical reference range of blood sugar from July to Angust in2002.The results showed the mean content of blood sugar for different age was not significant and it was same in both sex（P=0.597）.The distribution of blood sugar for124adults of health Hani nation was normal distribution（P>0.10）.95%medical
