椎弓根内固定系统在胸腰椎骨折治疗中的应用

 【摘要】 目的 胸腰椎骨折的内固定治疗方法。方法 通过对55例胸腰椎骨折椎弓根内固定椎体后外侧植骨融合术治疗，对手术方法疗效进行总结随访。结果 平均随访18个月，术后伤椎的高度和脊椎cobb角均有满意的恢复，神经功能按Frankel分级有1～3级改善。结论椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折术式简单、复位可靠、固定牢靠，疗效优良。

The applied value of pedicle screw systems for

treatment of thoracolumbar spine

【Abstract】 Objective In order to research a internal fixation for thoracolumbar fracture.Methods Fifty-five patients with thoracolumbar fracture fixed with pedicle screw and bone graft posterior of thoracolumbar.Results Fifty-five cases had been followed-up for an average of18months，the height of the injured spinal body and the spinal cobb angle had satisfactorily restored after operation，Nervous function had improved by one grading or more ac_ˉcording to frankel’s grading.Conclusion The pedicle screw systems internal fixed for thoracolumbar fracture，are of easy to operate，good reduction and exellent effect.

椎弓根短节段内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折在我国已广泛开展，我院自1998年1月～2003年12月应用AF、RF、SF椎弓根钉加植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折、脱位55例，取得良好效果。现报告如下。
