部分性脾动脉栓塞治疗脾功能亢进

 【摘要】 目的 探讨应用脾动脉栓塞术（PSE）治疗脾功能亢进的价值。方法 1989～2001年间对34例脾功能亢进症患者用混和抗生素的60%泛影葡胺作载体，注入细条明胶海绵作栓塞物进行脾动脉栓塞。结果 34例脾功能亢进患者行PSE后治愈（CR）26例（76.5%），有效（PR）6例（17.6%），总有效率94.1%，26例获CR者随访1年，7例复发，复发率26.9%。结论PSE适用范围广，疗效确切，只要熟练掌握插管技术，注意并发症的防治，可作为脾切除的替代手术。

【Abstract】 Objective The value of using Partial Spleen Embolization（PSE）in the treatment of hyper_ˉsplenism.Methods To use mixed antibiotic meglucamine diatrizoate60%injected tiny gelatinsponges as embolus to34cases of hypersplenism for making spleen artery embolization between1989and2001.Results In the34cases ofhypersplenism who used PSE，the26cases had gained CR（76.5%）and the6cases had gained PR（17.6%）.The overall effective rate was94.1%.Tracing the26cases who hadgained CR，there were7cases relapsed.And the re_ˉcurrence rate was26.9%.Conclusion The PSE using areas are very wide.And the curative effect is exact.Only the person skillfully mastering the intubate skill and attending the prevention and cure of complication，PSE can completely replace the operation of splenectomy.
