胎膜促肾上腺素皮质激素释放激素受体表达与社会因素剖宫产的相关性

【摘要】 目的 探讨胎膜促肾上腺素皮质激素释放激素受体（CRHR1）mRNA表达与社会因素剖宫产的相关性。方法 采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）检测10例顺产、20例社会因素剖宫产产妇的胎膜上CRHR1mRNA的表达，分析其表达差异与社会因素剖宫产的相关性。结果 CRHR1mRNA在顺产产妇的胎膜中的表达显著高于社会因素剖宫产产妇的胎膜（P<0.05）。结论 社会因素剖宫产产妇胎膜中CRHR1mRNA表达较顺产者表达下调，提示CRHR1基因表达差异与社会因素剖宫产可能相关。
