部分甲基质切除甲沟重建治疗嵌甲

【摘要】 目的 研究一种利用甲侧襞皮瓣改变甲体与甲沟的位置结构，从而彻底治愈嵌甲的手术方法。方法 切除部分甲体、甲床，并利用甲侧襞皮瓣重建甲床、甲沟、甲侧襞联合结构。结果 自2000年1月～2003年5月对158例嵌甲患者，足趾209，手指3，共276侧嵌甲进行甲沟重建手术，随访6个月～2年，均取得满意效果。结论 本手术从根本上彻底解决了嵌甲的病因，手术并发症少，复发率极低。

Treatment of ingrowing nail by the partial excision of 

nail plate and reconstruction of nail groove

【Abstract】 Objective To study a method for treating the ingrowing nail by using a nail fold skin flap to reˉconstruct the nail groove.Methods The nail plate was partially excised.The nail groove and nail fold were reconˉstructed by using a nail fold skin flap.Results Total276sides of nail including209toes and3fingers in158paˉtients get the operation with satisfied results under6months to2years follow-up.Conclusion The technique reˉmove the causes of ingrowing nail.There is no any complications and no recurrence.

嵌甲是外科门诊常见的多发病。一般认为其发病与指（趾）甲的发育异常有关，造成指（趾）甲与甲沟的正常位置改变。嵌甲常继发性甲沟炎，临床表现为甲侧襞的红、肿、疼痛及肉芽增生，有时可有脓性分泌物，严重者可扩散形成甲下脓肿，经久不愈，十分痛苦。
