纤维鼻咽喉镜下Nd 3+ :YAG激光在治疗声带病变中的临床应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨纤维鼻咽喉镜引导下YAG激光治疗声带病变的疗效及相关注意问题。方法 YAG激光光纤经纤维鼻咽喉镜导入喉部，用接触法或准接触法对声带病变组织进行凝固、炭化、汽化。结果 136例声带病变患者中118例1次治愈、17例2次治愈、1例3次治愈。结论 该方法治疗声带息肉、小结等病变精确度高、操作简便。但要注意避免激光辐射过量及辐射部位出血等情况。

The diseases of vocal cord treated by 

using YAG laser under the monitoring of laryngofiberoscope

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of the vocal cord diseases treated by using YAG laser under laryngofiberoscope.Methods Under the monitoring of laryngofiberoscope using YAG laser to treat the diseases of vocal cord in136patients by touching or quasi-touching the sick tissue with YAG laser to solidify and gasify the pathological tissue.Results Among the patients received the treatment of YAG laser，118patients are cured after the first treatment，17patients are cured after treated twice，1patient is cured after treated3times.Conclusion The method is simple，effective and accurate in treatment of vocal cord diseases.It can be finished in a fewminutes without bleeding.
