硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨钙拮抗剂硝苯地平控释片（商品名:拜新同）对轻、中度原发性高血压（EH）的降压疗效及其安全性。方法 采用自身对照开放试验方法。35例原发性高血压患者，停药1周后口服硝苯地平控释片（30～60mg）共4周，不服其他降压药。观察血压、心率及各项实验室检查指标的改变。结果 服药4周后血压为（141.2±13）/（86.1±8）mmHg，收缩压下降23.2mmHg、舒张压下降14.3mmHg。显效15例，有效13例，总有效率80%。结论 硝苯地平控释片对轻、中度原发性高血压患者具有较好疗效及安全性。

The antihypertensive effects and safety of adalat on essential hypertension

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of adalat on mild to moderate essential hypertension.Methods By the open self-control，35essential hypertension patients（male21，femal14;31-81y）were enrolled in this study.After one week，they received adalat（30～60mg）for four weeks without antihypertensive工drugs.Results After four weeks of adalat treatment，the average blood pressure was reduced from（168.0±13.0）/（101.2±6.6）mmHg to（141.2±13.0）/（86.1±8）mmHg.37.14%of patient was considered to be effective lowering of their BP.Another42.86%of patient was considered to be more effective，total effective rate was80%.Conclusion Adalat had better antihypertensive effect on mild to moderate essential hypertension.
