三味中药对解脲支原体体外抑制作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨中药野菊花、白花蛇舌草、车前草对解脲支原体(Uu)的抑菌作用,为中药应用于临床治疗Uu感染,提供实验依据。方法 以水提法制备三味中药原液,以琼脂稀释法测定野菊花、白花蛇舌草、车前草对71株Uu的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果 野菊花、白花蛇舌草对Uu具有明显的抑制作用,MIC均为125mg/ml。14株标准菌株中未发现对此两种中药的耐药菌株。车前草无明显的抑菌作用。三味中药均对细胞无明显毒性。结论 野菊花、白花蛇舌草在体外对Uu均有明显的抑制作用,车前草无明显抑菌作用。

Experimental study about inhibitory effects of
three Chinese traditional medicines on Uu in vitro

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the inhibition of three Chinese traditional medicines,Chrysanthemi inˉdicum,Oldenlandia and hedyotis diffusa on ure aplasma urealyticum(Uu)and provide the experimental information about treatment of clinical Uu infction.Methods The minimum of inhibitory concentration(MIC)of three Chinese traditional medicines dilutions,which were extracted by water,was determined on seventy one strains Uu by agar diluˉtion methods.Results Floschrysanthemi,oldenlandia have significantly inhibitory effects on Uu,the MIC was both250mg/ml.The effects were related to concentrations.There is no resistant
strain of fourteen standard strains.herba plantaginis had no significant resistant effect.Three Chinese traditional medicines hadn’t cytotocity.Conclusion In vitro,Flos chrysanthemi,oldenlandia had significant resistant effects on Uu,but herba plantaginis hadn’t.
