激光周边虹膜成形术联合虹膜透切术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼

     【摘要】 目的 观察激光周边虹膜成形术联合虹膜透切术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的临床效果。方法 选择非眼外引流手术指征（前房角粘连范围<1/2圆周）的原发性闭角型青光眼患者32例51眼，进行激光周边虹膜成形术联合透切术治疗。随诊6～14个月。结果 所有患者治疗后周边前房深度均明显加深，房角可见范围增宽，随诊期间未发生高眼压、进行性前房角粘连、视野损害及散瞳试验阳性。结论 激光周边虹膜成形术联合虹膜透切术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼，可以明显改善青光眼患者的周边虹膜形态，从而控制眼压升高。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapentic effects of laser for primary angle closure glaucoma.Meth_ˉods A long-term prospective study of51eyes（32cases）with primary angle-closure glaucoma was carried out.Re_ˉsults The results showed that in all these cases，the peripheral anterior chamber depth was increased，the anterior chamber angle was widened.Conclusion The laser peripheral iridoplasty combined iridectomy can improve the shape of the peripheral iris effectively and it can prevent the disease from deteriorating for this kind of glaucoma.
