耳内镜下Ho-YAG激光切除外耳道乳头状瘤的临床观察

【摘要】 目的 耳内镜下Ho-YAG激光切除外耳道乳头状瘤的临床疗效及并发症。方法对33例病理诊断为外耳道乳头状瘤的患者随机分成两组，Ho-YAG激光组:17例在局部麻醉下行耳内镜Ho-YAG激光切除外耳道乳头状瘤。常规组:16例在局部麻醉下行耳内镜常规切除外耳道乳头状瘤。对比两种手术方式、术中、术后外耳道形态及乳头状瘤复发情况，时间为1年。结果 Ho-YAG激光组:治愈率为94.1%，有效率为100%。常规组:治愈率为56.2%，有效率为81.2%。结论 耳内镜下Ho-YAG激光切除外耳道乳头状瘤操作简单，视野清晰，无出血，外耳道狭窄发生率低，乳头状瘤复发少。

【Abstract】 Objective Clinical effect and complication of the papilloma of external auditory canal resected by the holmium laser in auricle endoscope were observed.Methods 33papilloma patients confirmed by pathology were randomly divided into two groups，and the two groups were given two different methods of operation，the holmium laser resection and routine resection.The effects of two methods were compared.Results Ho-YAG’s laser series:The cure rate is94.1%;The effective rate is100%.Routine series:The cure rate is56.2%;The effective rate is81.2%.Conclusion Papilloma of external auditory meatus resected by holmium laser in auri-endoscope is simple and reliable.Key words auri-endoscope the holmium laser external auditory meatus papilloma clinical observation

外耳道乳头状瘤在临床上并不少见，一般均采用手术治疗，但术后外耳道狭窄及肿瘤复发在临床上较为常见。为解决上述问题，我们使用Ho-YAG激光治疗，并与常规手术做了对比，现将我科2000～2001年手术治疗的33例病例报告如下。
