人工生物瓣膜的血液动力学实验研究

    【摘要】 目的 简要介绍了人工心脏瓣膜的发展概况，对国内外生物心脏瓣膜的流体动力学性能进行了比较。方法 按照国际标准ISO5840规定的方法对国内外12种生物瓣膜的跨瓣压差、反流百分比和有效面积三个血液动力学参数进行了测试。结果 国内外生物瓣膜跨瓣压差、反流百分比和有效面积三个血液动力学参数差距不大，进口瓣膜的参数规律性更强，性能较稳定。结论 国产生物心脏瓣膜血液动力学性能与进口生物瓣非常接近，但在稳定性上略有差距。

    【Abstract】 Objective The survey of cardiac valve prostheses was introduced in this paper，to compare the hemodynamic performance between national and imported biologic valves.Methods According to the International Standard ISO5840，transvalvular pressure drop，percentage of regurgitation and effective orifice areas were tested.Reˉsults The results shows that the differences of transvalvular pressure drop，percentage of regurgitation and effective orifice areas are very little，the parameters of imported valves have better rule and stability.Conclusion The hemodyˉnamic performance of artificial biologic valve is very similar between nationals and importeds，but the stability of imˉported valves is better than that of the nationals.    Key words artificial biologic valve hemodynamics
