阴黄与阳黄之关系及划分质疑

　　【摘要】 “黄疸”既是一个病名亦是一个症状名。在临床辨证上，一般将“黄疸”划分为“阴黄”与“阳黄”。显然，这种划分是为了更好的指导临床治疗。然而，“阴黄”与“阳黄”之间的关系目前似乎还未完全弄清楚，特别是对于初学者或是初上临床者;而且，按照“阴黄”与“阳黄”的辨别标准，容易出现“假阴黄”与“假阳黄”，这对临床治疗无疑制造了一个迷障。“阴黄”与“阳黄”是并列关系还是递渐关系或者还是其它关系呢?在中医临床辨证过程中，“黄疸”是否一定要分类出“阴黄”与“阳黄”呢?

　　【Abstract】 Objective Jaundice is not only a name of disease，but also a name of symptom of TCM.At the fact of clinic，jandice was alwys divided into Yang Jaundice and Yin Jaundice.It is certainly that the demarcation is to guid therapy.But the relationship of Yin Jaundice and Yang Jaundice was not reailly clear at all，especially to the beˉginners and the rimary physicians.It is easy to meet“artificial Yin Jaundice”and“artificial Yang Jaundice”，if by the distinguish standard of Yin Jaundice and Yang Jaundice，and it will give doctores some obstacles.Is the ralationship of Yin Jaundice and Yang Jaundice parataxis，advance and gradual ralationship or others?At the course of distinguishing the symptom of TCM，should jaundice be divided into Yin Jaundice and Yang Jaundice regularyly?
