【摘要】 目的 研究皮层下动脉硬化性脑病与血浆同型半胱氨酸的关系。方法 运用高效液相色谱法测定60例门诊和住院的皮层下动脉硬化性脑病患者及40例健康体检者血浆总同型半胱氨酸（tHcy）。结果 皮层下动脉硬化性脑病患者血浆tHcy水平（17.2±4.8μmol/L）明显高于健康对照组（9.2±3.2μmol/L），差异有非常显著性（P<0.001）。结论 皮层下动脉硬化性脑病患者血浆Hcy明显升高，高Hcy血症可能是皮层下动脉硬化性脑病危险因素之一。
