前列腺素E 1 脂微球载体制剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨前列腺素E 1 脂微球载体制剂（Lipo PGE 1 ，凯时）在非手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）中的作用并分析其疗效。方法 以常规非手术治疗病例为对照组，常规非手术治疗并加用凯时病例为治疗组，观察并比较两组间的治疗效果。结果 治疗组优良率明显高于对照组并差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论 凯时在治疗LDH中具有较好的疗效，值得进一步的观察治疗并推广应用。

The effect of lipo prostaglandin E 1 on lumbar disk herniation

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficiency of Lipo prostaglandin E 1 in treating lumbar disk herniation.Methods 35cases in Lipo PGE 1 group received Lipo PGE 1 everyday besides routine non-operation treatment.43cases in control group received routine non-operation treatment.Results The excellent effect rate in Lipo PGE 1 group was higher than that in control group.Conclusion The treatment effect of Lipo PGE 1 on lumbar disk herniation is good and is worthy of more studying.
