应用Y型记忆合金环抱器治疗股骨转子下粉碎性骨折

　　【摘要】 目的 总结Y型记忆合金环抱接骨板治疗股骨转子下粉碎性骨折的经验。方法 从2000年1月～2003年12月应用Y型记忆合金环抱接骨板治疗股骨转子下粉碎性骨折38例。结果 38例均获得随访，时间5～18周，平均11周。骨折得到解剖复位，固定牢固，术后2～5周患肢部分负重，平均3周。9～16周后骨折愈合，平均12周。按黄公怡髋关节功能标准评定，髋关节功能均为优良。结论 Y型记忆合金环抱接骨板治股骨转子下粉碎性骨折疗，具有固定牢固，术后早期活动、并发症少等优点，是治疗股骨转子下粉碎性骨折的理想方法。
