康莱特注射液合用顺铂治疗癌性胸水54例疗效观察

　　【摘要】 目的 观察康莱特注射液合用顺铂对癌性胸水的疗效。方法 尽量排净癌性胸水后，将康莱特注射液200ml、顺铂100mg注入胸腔，每周1次，共2次，随后行全身化疗2个周期。结果 1997年2月～2000年3月共治疗54例癌性胸水患者，CR29例、PR21例、NC4例，有效率（CR+PR）92.6%，中位生存期11.5个月。结论 康莱特注射液合用顺铂对癌性胸水的疗效确切，无严重毒副作用，值得推广。

　　1997年2月～2000年3月河南省肿瘤医院内科将康莱特注射液与顺铂合用，治疗癌性胸水患者54例，取得了满意的疗效，现报告如下。

　　1 资料与方法

  

   

　　1.2 治疗方法 所有病人均行胸腔B超定位确定穿刺点，2%利多卡因常规局麻后行胸腔穿刺术，在尽量排净胸水后，注入康莱特注射液200ml、顺铂100mg、2%利多卡因20ml，每周1次，共2次。每次胸腔注药后，嘱病人翻身活动，以利于药物均匀分布于胸膜表面。第3周开始行全身化疗，方案如下。
