介入治疗少发并发症及处理

　　【摘要】 目的 回顾性分析介入治疗的少发并发症及原因。方法 对我院1988～2003年经皮经血管介入治疗4653例中出现的17例少发并发症进行总结、分析。结果 肝动脉-Glisson鞘瘘1例、血管内支架移位2例、导丝断裂1例、导管断裂2例、应激性溃疡2例、胃穿孔1例、胆囊动脉栓塞4例、急性肺水肿3例、脊髓损伤1例。结论 介入治疗的某些并发症并不多见，认识和处理好这些少发并发症对以后的介入治疗有一定的指导意义。

　　【Abstract】 Objective Retrospective analyze the rare complications in the treatment under intervention and the causes.Methods Analyze and summary17cases of rare complications among4563cases of percutaˉneousendovascular interventional treatment from1998to2003.Results 1cases of hepatic artery Glisson sheath fistuˉla，2cases of endovascular stent shift，1cases of guide wire breakage，2cases of catheter breakage，2cases of stress ulˉcer，1case of gastric perforation，4cases of gallbladder artery embolization，3cases of acute pulmonary edema、1cases of spinal cord injury（SCI）.Conclusion Few complications are so rare thatwe should take more attention，and we can take more advantages by awareness of the rare complications in handling it in the future.Key words percutaneous-endovascular complication review intervention 

　　随着介入治疗的推广应用，并发症的发生也越来越多。但某些并发症并不多见，本文回顾我院1988～2003年接受介入治疗4653例中出现的17例少发的并发症，并加以分析探讨。
