【摘要】 目的 探讨健脾汤治疗肿瘤化疗后非溃疡性消化不良（NUD）病人的治疗效果。方法 口服中药健脾汤治疗NUD的34例，与口服西药吗丁啉10mg每日3次、多酶片2片，每日3次的34例进行对照。结果 前者与后者有效率分别为91.2%和64.7%，两者比较差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论 口服中药健脾汤治疗肿瘤化疗后NUD疗效好。

【Abstract】 Objective To evalute the effects of Jianpi Recipe in non-uicer dyspepsia（NUD）.Methods 34patients of NUD with administered by Jianpi Recipe of Chinese medicine，compare with30cases with treatment of motilium10mg tid，pepsin2 # tid.Results The tolal effective rates of front and behind were91.2%and64.7
%.Very significant difference was found between the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion It was effective on cancer chemotherapy following NUD with Jianpi Recipe of Chinese medicine.

非溃疡性消化不良（non-ulcer dyspepsia，NUD）是指非器质性病变所致以消化不良为主要表现的临床症候群，且具有消化道症状4周以上而无胃局部或全身疾病可解释者;是消化内科常见病、多发病，其发病率为41%左右 ［1］ 。由于发病机理尚不明了，至今仍无特效药。我们自2000年～2002年运用健脾汤加减治疗肿瘤化疗后NUD34例，取得满意疗效。现报告如下。
