肝硬化患者血清一氧化氮和门脉侧支循环血流量关系的研究

  【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between serum nitric oxide(NO)and portal venous system flow in patients with cirrhosis.Methods The parameter of portal venous flow(PVF)、splenic venous flow(SVF)、suˉperior mesenteric venous flow(SMVF)were determined by Doppler ultrasonography;serum NO c

oncentration with colˉorimetric assaywere detected in37patients with cirrhosis and20healthy subjects(HS).Results SerumNOwere sigˉnificant difference between patients with cirrhosis and HS group;SVF of patients with cirrhosis group were markedly higher than that of HS group;the SMVF in patients with cirrhosis was greater than that of normal controls,there were correlation between serum NO and the sum of SVF and SMVF in patients with cirrhosis.Conclusion Level of serum NO may play important role in visceral hypertension circulation in patients with cirrhosis.

  近年来认为肝硬化患者门脉高压的起始因素是门脉血流阻力升高,内脏

高动力循环造成的门脉系统的血流量增加是维持和加剧门脉高压的重要因素,而体液因素在内脏高动力循环发生中起重要作用 [1]  。自1987年证实血管内皮衍生舒张因子的化学本质为NO以来,NO的作用得到了较深入的研究,发现NO作为一种神经递质,可引起血管平滑肌松弛是调节血管张力、维持血压的重要信息分子,且随着血清NO变化内脏血流量也随之改变[2~6]  。本文通过测定肝硬化患者血清NO含量和门脉侧支系统血流量参数,以探讨它们之间的关系。
