PPH在重度痔疮治疗中的临床应用

　　【摘要】 目的 探讨PPH在治疗重度痔疮中应用的临床价值。方法 采用美国强生公司或国产的圆形吻合器对76例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期脱垂性痔疮进行手术治疗。结果 手术平均时间19min，术后住院时间2～8天，全组患者术后痔疮回缩，随访2～36个月，无复发，无大便失禁、肛门狭窄或肛周脓肿形成等并发症。结论 PPH手术具有安全、有效、术后痛苦少、恢复快、并发症少等优点，是一种治疗重度痔疮较好的新方法。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of application of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH）in the treatment of hemorrhoids at the third or forth degree.Methods 76patients withⅢ～Ⅳdegree proˉlapse and hemorrhoids underwent PPH were treated by a regular stapler made in China or by John&John Co.Results The mean operating time was19minutes and hospital stay ranged from2～8days.Hemorrhoids in all cases disapˉpeared after operation.No hemorrhoid recurrence and complications were found during the follow-up period of2～36months.Conclusion PPH is a safe and effective treatment for hemorrhoids at the third and fourth degree with the adˉvantages of less postoperative pain，quicker recovery and lower complieation.

　　我院自2000年1月以来，收治Ⅲ、Ⅳ期痔疮患者76例，应用吻合器痔上粘膜环切术（PPH）治疗，经临床观察及随诊分析，结合有关文献报告如下。
