全营养流食在脑损伤术后昏迷患者中的应用

The General Hospital of Daqing Oil Field,Heilongjiang163001. 【Abstract】 Objective This study was to evaluate the role of Renken as nutritional support in brain-injuried patients.Methods The nutritional group was fed with Renken and the control group was fed with common liquid.To observe the TSF,MAC,MAMC,glusoce,albumin and total lymphocyte count.Results There were nosignificant difˉferences in the first day of nutritional support between2groups(P>0.05).After the fifteenth and the thirtieth days,the nutritional parameter of the nutritional group were significantly different(P<0.05,P<0.01)when comparing with the control group.Conclusion Effect of nutritional support of Renken in patients with coma after operation is better than that of common liquid.
【摘要】 目的 观察全营养流食在颅脑损伤病人营养支持中的作用。方法 将颅脑损伤病人随机分为营养组和对照组,分别给予全营养流食和普通流食,观察治疗第1、7、15、30天两组患者的TSF、MAC、MAMC及血糖、血白蛋白和淋巴细胞总数。结果 两组患者在营养治疗第1天各项指标基本相同,组间具有可比性。治疗后第15、30天营养组各项指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01),血糖控制亦优于对照组。结论 全营养流食由于营养素配比合理,能够满足颅脑损伤后机体对能量、蛋白质等的需求,有利于患者的康复。
