Graves病患者心理社会因素对照研究

　　【摘要】 目的 探讨初诊Graves病患者心理社会因素与疾病的联系。方法 对62例Graves病患者和62例健康人进行心理社会方面的病例对照研究。结果 Graves病组焦虑、抑郁情绪明显高于对照组，差异有显著性（P<0.01）。所获社会支持较少，表现为对客观的支持少和对社会支持的利用程度不够，生活事件高于对照组，尤其是负性生活事件明显高于对照组，差异有显著性（P<0.01）。结论 初诊Graves病患者与心理社会因素明显相关，在进行药物治疗时应注意心理社会干预。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate of the relationship between social and psychological factors of patients suffering from Graves disease.Methods The relationship between social and psychological factors in62cases of Graves disease and62cases of healthy people as control group were researched.Results Anxious，depressive emotion and negative life incident of Graves disease were all significantly higher than those of the control group（P<0.01），support of objective thing and societywere all significantly lower than the control group（P<0.01）.Conclusion The relationship between social and psychological factor is obvious on patients with Gvaves disease.During treatment the patients with Graves disease must be paied great attention on intervention of society and psychology.
